In this highly original keep fit show, Bouncy, our highly energetic kid-tiger, shows off his lively skills to a group of young kids. In a series of high kicking routines, Bouncy makes young children (and their families) the world over jump off the couch right into shape! Each episode has a story line, illustrating a different keep-fit move designed by health and fitness specialists. The moves are kid-friendly, safe, and most of all FUN! In every episode there is a new story-bases routine, starting with the warm up and ending with a relaxing, cool down section. Brandon, Courtney, Mollie and Kyrone, our four live action and animated heroes are happy to follow Bouncyˇs every move, as will kids (and their mum...) that are watching the show!

This series focuses on three such characters that have done just that ignoring social conventions and personal differences to become the best of friends. Louie, Shanghai and Dietel may come from totally different social worlds, but they discover that together, they can do practically anything. Each character gets the opportunity to shine in range of funny and imaginative stories that show kids that it doesn’t matter how much or little you have, it’s determination, intelligence and above all, a belief in yourself and your friends that will always win through in the end.
